INFORMATION WE COLLECT
1. Account Information
We collect your email address, name/username, and optional profile photo to create and manage your account, authenticate you when you sign in, and personalize your profile.
2. Health and Fitness Data
We read heart rate and active calories burned from Apple HealthKit to display real-time fitness statistics during games and provide post-game insights. Your health data is ONLY read from HealthKit for display purposes and NEVER leaves your device or is stored on our servers.
3. Game Data
We collect game scores, player names (as you enter them), game dates/times, and match statistics to save your game history and calculate your performance stats.
4. Subscription and Payment Information
When you purchase a subscription or make an in-app purchase:
- Apple handles all payment processing - We never see or store your credit card, debit card, or banking information
- We receive a receipt identifier - A unique transaction ID from Apple to verify your purchase
- Subscription status - Whether your subscription is active, trial, expired, or cancelled
- Purchase date and renewal date - To manage your subscription timeline
- Subscription type - Which plan you purchased (e.g., Club Monthly, Club Annual)
- Country/Region - For pricing and tax purposes (provided by Apple)
Important: All payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple through the App Store. We comply with PCI-DSS requirements by never handling credit card data directly.
5. Technical Information
We collect a user ID (generated by Firebase), device type, app version, and error logs to associate your data with your account and provide technical support.

SUBSCRIPTION-SPECIFIC INFORMATION
Auto-Renewal:
Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Free Trials:
If you start a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.
Managing Your Subscription:
You can view, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time:
1. Go to iOS Settings
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Select PicklOne
5. Choose "Cancel Subscription" or modify your plan
Alternatively, manage through: App Store app → Profile icon → Subscriptions
Refunds:
Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund:
1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
2. Sign in with your Apple ID
3. Select "Request a refund"
4. Choose the reason and submit
Data Retention After Cancellation:
If you cancel your subscription:
- Your premium features will remain active until the end of your billing period
- Your account and game data remain intact
- You can resubscribe at any time to regain premium features
- Your data is retained according to our standard retention policy (see below)

- Revoke HealthKit Access - Go to iOS Settings → Privacy → Health → PicklOne
- Export Your Data - Contact us for a portable copy

DATA RETENTION
- Account Data: Retained while your account is active
